Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Familiar with transportation operations and customs processes.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Willing to relocate or travel as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and monitor import and export shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport companies.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper customs clearance of goods.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments on shipment schedules and deliveries.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
