The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, is fluent in Mandarin and English, and can travel for local client visits and events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Development or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and good command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients to explore opportunities.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
• Meet potential clients professionally to strengthen relationships and support BD activities.
• Communicate with clients in Mandarin and English to understand needs and propose services.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare quotations, tenders, and RFQs.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and project opportunities.
• Maintain positive client relationships and monitor feedback and satisfaction.
• Coordinate orders and delivery-related documents using SAP.
• Monitor project progress and ensure documentation follows ISO procedures.
