• Identify and reach out to potential B2B buyers (wholesalers, distributors, retailers).
• Build and maintain a lead and customer pipeline via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and trading platforms.
• Follow up on orders, payments and after-sales to secure repeat business.
• Research demand, pricing and competitors in new markets.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to consolidate stock and pricing.
• Ensure offers are accurate, margin-checked (GP%) and aligned with inventory and pricing.
• Prepare and send offers, quotations and stock lists to customers and channels.
• Track responses and insights, share with sales and procurement.
• Collaborate with enterprise team on corporate and bulk requirements; prepare proposals.
