CompAsia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is looking for a Junior Executive to support Business Development and Sales Operations across multiple markets. You will link between business development, sales, procurement and regional teams, helping win new customers and ensure shipments are delivered.

The role suits someone who enjoys numbers, deals and getting things done. You will work with the Sales Ops & Procurement lead, build offers, source stock and manage orders, payments and after-sales to drive repeat

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B buyers (wholesalers, distributors, retailers and refurbishers)
• Build and maintain a lead and customer pipeline through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and trading platforms
• Follow up on orders, payments and after-sales so customers keep coming back
• Research demand, pricing, import rules and competitors in new markets
• Work with regional sales teams to consolidate stock and pricing into unified offer lists
• Check that offers are accurate, margin-checked (GP%) and aligned with current inventory and supplier pricing
• Prepare and send offer broadcasts, quotations and stock lists to customers and trading channels
• Track offer responses, conversions and customer feedback, and share the insights with sales and procurement
• Support day-to-day operations management with our ops teams in all four markets
• Coordinate stock movements, order fulfilment, grading and dispatch timelines between countries
