• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of Accounts Payable or Finance Operations experience.
• Recent experience leading AP operations in a shared services or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP BSP and electronic invoice processing tools – Xsuite OCR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach with a keen focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable activities for Bruker Malaysia (BPEN).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Monitor AP ageing and resolve overdue or outstanding items.
• Ensure vendor statements are regularly reconciled and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Serve as the key AP process owner for xSuite, ensuring efficient invoice processing workflows, user support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
• Act as the main escalation point for vendor payment enquiries and disputes.
• Support vendor master maintenance activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure AP processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audit requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Drive AP process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system enhancements, automation projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and review AP-related reports and KPIs; analyse performance and assist month-end close.
