Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an AP team lead to manage delivery of accounts payable services per the SOW. The role includes first level escalation support, reviewing large payments, and implementing controls and QA plans to reduce risk.

Experience and Qualification :

• University graduate/ Post Graduate in Accounts with minimum 15 years of education with 3 to 5 years of prior work experience in BPO, finance operations, or shared services especially in AP & T&E
• Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
• Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines, and has worked in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Mandarin is required due to system limitations and documentation being written in Mandarin. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
