Job summary

Concentrix Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee complex client accounts and ensure high client satisfaction. This full-time role focuses on renewing, expanding, and converting services within our client base, using data to drive solutions and protect revenue.

You will manage relationships with key decision-makers, coordinate with partners, and report to the Sales Manager. Fluency in Mandarin is required to engage with clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Oversee management of complex client accounts and maintain favorable client relationships.
• Renew, expand, and convert services for existing customers.
• Achieve revenue-based quotas and drive growth through account management.
• Use data to identify opportunities and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with partners and report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
