Job summary

Meteorsoft Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Strong Mandarin communication is essential to support Mandarin-speaking users in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Fresh graduates acceptable with at least SPM/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Operating hours are 9.00am–6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language required for end-user support.
• Minimum education as listed (diploma/degree or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email or remote access.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and ask diagnostic questions.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels as needed.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams for service improvements.
• Maintain high user satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
