Job summary

NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking IT Support to manage server order deliveries and provide full-cycle technical support for clients in the Chinese-speaking market.

You will handle pre- and post-sales inquiries, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure service excellence through a shift-based support schedule. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT, fluency in Mandarin, and proficiency with Windows and Linux.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of databases and cybersecurity.
• Familiar with server and storage products and network equipment installation.
• Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products.
• Able to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
• Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, before and after the sale.
• Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
• Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
