Job summary

NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. seeks a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Executive responsible for deploying and maintaining business systems, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the stability of our private cloud infrastructure across rotating shifts.

You will support Chinese-speaking teams, troubleshoot incidents, optimize networks, and collaborate with development teams to drive project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years in IT support, ops, or networking.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall).
• Experience with web tech and databases (Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS).
• Proficient in programming or scripting languages (Python, Shell, Go).
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Team leadership experience a plus; 3–5 person team preferred.
• Willing to work non-standard hours.

About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining business systems, managing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing network performance, and ensuring the stable operation of our private cloud infrastructure. You will support Chinese-speaking teams and work across rotating shifts to maintain system reliability and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform server system operations and maintenance, including scripting and automation

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking team

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system operations, networking, or a related role.
• 至少5年 IT 支持、系统运维、网络或相关经验
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance

• Hands-on experience with web-related technologies such as Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS, etc., including configuration and performance tuning
