NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Assistant (Recruitment) in Kuala Lumpur to support the full recruitment process and participate in interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

You’ll post jobs on platforms, screen resumes, schedule interviews, assist with contracts and onboarding, and help with university career fairs. Fluency in Mandarin with basic English and Malay is required, along with a diploma or degree in HRM or Business Admin.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English and Malay in speaking and writing.
• Possess at least a diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related fields.
• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in job posting on various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Join interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluation.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Support university career fairs and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentation.
