Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Kuala Lumpur team. The role requires a degree, Mandarin proficiency, and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
You will handle inquiries via voice, chat, and email as part of a 24/7 rotational shift schedule at the Kelana Centre Point site in Malaysia. Working hours include 24/7 rotations with five working days and two consecutive days off.
Competenze
- Must possess a degree certificate.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
