Job summary

CB Talents in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support orders, delivery, payment, and product information. You will communicate mainly in Mandarin, while also using English in a professional working environment and on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

Mandarin proficiency at C1 level.
English proficiency at B2 level in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
Familiarity with mobile OS, smartphones, tablets, PCs or laptops.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product pre-orders, and general questions.
Answer questions related to order status, order changes, and delivery timeframes.
Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions following client service standards.
Meet standards for call quality reports, audits, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge of client-supported products.
Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
Follow training, procedures and quality guidelines in every interaction.
