Job summary

TP in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join the team. You will assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in both Mandarin and English, delivering a professional customer experience.

The role requires Mandarin at C1 and English at B1, with prior customer service or BPO experience preferred. It features a 5-day workweek with rotating shifts (9:00 AM–9:00 PM on weekdays, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekends).

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency must be C1 for customer interactions.
• English proficiency at B1 for written and spoken communication.
• SPM qualification or above.
• Customer Service or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Commitment to 5 days workweek with rotating shifts.
• Rotational shifts 9:00 AM–9:00 PM; weekend 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance KPIs.
