Job summary

DJB MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Customer Service Executive to handle online inquiries, resolve after-sales issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through multiple channels.

The position uses a three-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night) with shifts rotated regularly. Starting salary is RM3,000, with meal benefits and extensive on-the-job training to support career growth; work week is five days, including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Chinese communication skills.
• Fast typing speed and clear written communication.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in common office software and online customer service/ticketing systems.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online app or in-app messaging.
• Handle pre-sales inquiries, after-sales service, complaints, and returns/exchanges.
• Support and complete other customer service-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
