Qualifications

• Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and tech products.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin customer service for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product information.
• Answer questions on order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.

• Meet required call quality reports, audits, and customer satisfaction targets.
