Job summary

You will primarily communicate in Mandarin, with English in a professional setting, and fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are welcome. Call center experience is advantageous and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• C1 Mandarin proficiency required.
• B2 level English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree or diploma encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for post-order inquiries, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, and general questions.
• Assist customers with order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional interactions meeting client service standards.
• Meet standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client-supported products.
• Record customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of client's products and strengths, and contribute to service quality.
