Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Manager of Sales & Marketing for property developments. You will lead sales, marketing and leasing initiatives across all projects, while maintaining a premium brand image.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in property development marketing, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Cina. A target-driven, revenue-focused executive is essential for driving growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years experiences at management level in Sales/Marketing of a Property Development Company.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and lead the sales & marketing team.
• Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Cina in speaking and writing.
• A target driven individual with strong focus on revenue.
