Amechanus Holdings is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of awarded construction and infrastructure projects in East Malaysia, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and quality. The role also supports competitive bids for government and private tenders.

You will lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants, ensuring CIDB/DOSH compliance and strong liaison with clients and authorities. Relevant CIDB Green Card and PMP/BEM/BQSM qualifications are advantageous.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or Project Management.
• 5-10 yrs in construction/project management, min 3 yrs managerial; CIDB Green Card; PMP/BEM/BQSM an advantage.
• Government tender & contract-administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor and close out construction projects to scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants; own project budget and cost control.
• Enforce CIDB / DOSH / quality compliance; liaise with clients and authorities (JKR, CIDB, councils).
• Support construction tenders - methodology, programme, BOQ and credentials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or Project Management.
• 5 - 10 yrs in construction/project management, min 3 yrs managerial; CIDB Green Card; PMP/BEM/BQSM an advantage.
