Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets in Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the branch sales team in achieving motor and non-motor GWP targets. You will coordinate administrative tasks, handle agent queries, onboarding, and prepare documentation and quotes, while supporting claims and pre-issuance checks.

The role requires 5–8 years in related fields, knowledge of motor and non-motor products, and a degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to meet motor and non-motor GWP targets.
• Assist branch marketing with admin duties, including queries, documentation, quotes.
• Handle agent queries via email, phone, and walk-ins; troubleshoot as needed.
• Onboard new agents/partners and provide necessary training materials.
• Track and reduce motor/non-motor debts and short payments.
• Ensure pre-QA and that documents are in place before policy issuance.
• Handle claims processes by collecting information and tracking status.
• Maintain NM agents and leads database for the region.

Job description

• Responsible in supporting the sales team in meeting branch motor and non-motor GWP to contribute to overall set target
• Assist the branch marketing team on administrative duties, including resolving queries, mails, documentation, submission to HO and quote preparation
• Handling agent queries over emails, phones and walk-ins, and troubleshooting as needed
• Handle prospect new agent walk-ins and handover to HOS / BM
• Provide support on onboarding of new agents or partners by providing necessary documentation, training materials, arranging for CPD training.
• Assist to reduce motor and non-motor outstanding debts/short payments by tracking and managing agents’ bad debts
• Responsible for pre-QA, ensure all documents are in place prior to policy issuance
• Handle claims accurately and efficiently collecting relevant information from agents, submission to claims department, tracking of claim status
• Maintaining database of NM agents and leads (new business) for the Region
