Tea Garden Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee planned preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs for restaurant facilities and F&B equipment.
You will develop maintenance frameworks, SOPs, schedules, and tracking systems to improve reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing, contract management, cost monitoring, outlet inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
Manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance for restaurant facilities and
F&B equipment.
Develop and improve maintenance frameworks, SOPs, schedules, and tracking systems.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage maintenance vendors and service contracts.
Monitor maintenance costs, vendor performance, equipment uptime, and service quality.
Conduct outlet inspections, identify maintenance risks, and implement corrective actions.
Drive cost-saving and process improvement initiatives to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and external service providers to support business
objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical operations.
Experience in F&B, restaurant chains, retail, or hospitality environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
maintenance.
Experience in vendor sourcing, contract management, and maintenance cost control.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and maintenance reporting tools.
