OSK Construction is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead and deliver complex residential or commercial projects from inception to completion. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and at least 10 years of experience, with strong leadership, client communication, and adherence to safety standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is usually required.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes experience with residential or commercial projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, with the ability to enforce safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.
To study specifications and plans, plans work schedules and procedures, sets construction programme and targets and monitors construction progress.
To attend meetings of consultant, subcontractors and site personnel, liaises with relevant parties to gauge and ascertain in construction progress, quality control to ensure workmanship conforms with specification, inspection and checks on procurement of labour, tools and materials ordered, verifies certification of claims, etc.
To maintain and establishes communication procedures with consultants, site personnel and Head Office, compilation and preparation of reports for record and feedback of information for Management review.
To assist in the preparation of site budget and cashflows.
To plan and monitors manpower requirements of the site personnel, motivates and trains subordinates, supervision and administration of the project site office.
To confer with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications and co-ordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays, resolve complaints and grievances.
To recommend improvements and modification in design and construction techniques, working conditions and procedures, ensures safety and health requirements are compiled to improve quality and efficiency.
To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.
To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
