As a Manager Assistant, you will provide administrative support to Senior Managers, Associate Partners, and their teams, primarily supporting the Japan region. The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and relationship‑building skills. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will manage competing priorities, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and serve as a trusted partner to the leaders you support. Because many stakeholders will be located remotely, success depends on strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across locations and time zones.
This role primarily supports the Japan region. At times, you may be required to support stakeholders in other locations and time zones. This may occasionally require working on local public holidays. When this occurs, an alternate day off will be provided in accordance with company policy.
