RIMEDYNE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing/Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development and oversee the Marketing team. The role involves coordinating launches, conducting market research, and driving brand awareness to support sales growth.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in product development, marketing, or business operations, with strong communication and project coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development, project management, marketing, or business operations.
• Experience in new product development, product launches, consumer products, electronics or appliances is an advantage.

• Manage and follow up on new product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Oversee the Marketing team and coordinate marketing activities for new and existing products.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support new product launches, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Description du poste

· Manage and follow up on new product development projects from product concept, development, testing, and production to market launch.

· Manage and oversee the Marketing team and coordinate marketing activities for new and existing products.

· Develop and execute marketing plans to support new product launches, brand awareness, and sales growth.

· Conduct market research and monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

· Coordinate product launch activities, including product information, promotional materials, social media, and other marketing channels.

· Monitor project progress, marketing performance, and sales results, and provide regular updates to management.

· Identify project and operational issues and work with relevant teams to provide timely solutions.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Human Resources or related fields.

· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development, project management, marketing, or business operations.

· Experience in new product development, product launch, consumer products, electronics, appliances, or related industries will be an advantage.

· Experience in managing or coordinating a Marketing team is preferred.

· Good understanding of product development processes, marketing activities, and business operations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms.

· Strong project follow-up and coordination skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

· Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Able to coordinate multiple projects and departments effectively.

· Strong business sense with a passion for new products and marketing.

· Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
