Job summary

One Axis Digital Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a junior Product/PM support role in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist the Product Manager with gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating with Development, UI/UX and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of related experience are welcome. Mandarin and English fluency are valued to support product activities in a multi-laceted tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, software engineering, business, information systems or related fields.

Responsibilities

Job description

Assist the Product Manager in collecting, organizing, analyzing and following up on product requirements.

Follow up on requirements throughout the design, development, testing and release process.

Communicate and coordinate with Development, UI/UX, QA and other relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Assist with product testing, issue tracking and organizing user feedback.

Develop a good understanding of the company's business and products, and gradually take ownership of simple product requirements or functional modules.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines are preferred.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Good logical thinking, learning ability and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, teamwork and execution skills.

Strong interest in internet, software or technology products, with a willingness to develop a long-term career in product management.

Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, QA/Testing or Product Operations is an advantage.

Familiarity with Figma, Axure, Mockplus or similar product/design tools is an advantage.

Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English, with Mandarin as the primary working language.

You will initially support the Product Manager in day-to-day product activities. As you become familiar with our business and products, you will gradually take ownership of product requirements and functional modules, with opportunities to develop towards a Junior Product Manager / Product Manager role.
