J&T Express Malaysia is seeking motivated graduates for the Management Trainee Programme – Operations Management. The programme blends structured training, rotations and hands-on project exposure to build capabilities in operations planning, data analysis and on-site management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with CGPA ≥ 3.50, are up to 2 years post-graduation, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/SQL a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with CGPA ≥ 3.5; disciplines preferred include Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics or related fields.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end operational processes through on-site learning.
Complete rotation tasks, learning objectives and project reports.
Collect, organise and analyse operational data.
Support SOP, productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
Identify operational issues and propose practical improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key projects.

Management Trainee (Operations Department)

J&T Express Malaysia is looking for motivated and high-potential graduates to join the Management Trainee Programme – Operations Management. Through structured training, business rotations and hands‑on project exposure, the programme is designed to develop future Operations talents with strong capabilities in operations planning, data analysis, project management and on‑site operations management.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned rotation tasks, learning objectives and project reports.
Collect, organise and analyse operational data.
Support SOP, productivity and quality improvement initiatives.

Present learning outcomes and project progress to management on a regular basis.

About you

Bachelor's Degree or above with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
Candidates from Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines are preferred.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL or other data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, teamwork and project execution skills.
Willing to work in a sorting centre / operational environment, undertake shift arrangements and participate in cross‑location rotations.
Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
Strong learning agility, sense of responsibility and potential for management development.
Structured training in Operations Management.
Rotational exposure across Transport, Hub and Operations Management.
Hands‑on experience in key operational projects with management guidance.
Clear learning objectives and structured performance evaluations.
