Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is conducting a Network Trainee program to monitor daily operations of outlets within the assigned area and ensure compliance with procedures and service standards.

You will track parcel volume, delivery success rate, complaints, delivery lead time and parcel exceptions, and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, train outlets, support expansion, and contribute to regional KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of outlets within the assigned area and ensure compliance with procedures and service standards.
• Track and analyse operational performance, including parcel volume, delivery success rate, complaints, delivery lead time and parcel exceptions.
• Identify operational issues and work closely with relevant teams to implement improvements.
• Coordinate the handling of customer complaints, delayed, lost, damaged and other exception parcels.
• Provide training and guidance to outlets on system usage, platform policies, delivery services, COD settlement and performance targets.
• Support outlet expansion, including identifying potential business partners and following up from initial engagement to official onboarding.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to inspect facilities, equipment, manpower and operational compliance.
• Support the achievement of regional KPIs, including parcel volume, revenue, outlet expansion and service quality.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Headquarters to resolve issues and implement company initiatives.
• Participate in structured training and job rotations to develop the skills required for future Area Network management roles.
