Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to drive expansion, franchising, and partner relationships across the Kuantan region.

You will formulate expansion strategies, conduct market research, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. You will lead franchise recruitment and onboarding, develop business models and incentive programs, oversee commercial operations, and monitor station performance to boost growth and profitability

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required with relevant work experience in business development, franchising, or operations.
• Experience in courier, FMCG/offline retail channel sales, or internet offline promotion is preferred.
• Strong execution ability with a practical mindset, translating ideas into actionable plans quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build trust with partners.

Responsibilities

• Formulate detailed expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential courier station locations.
• Integrate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of expansion projects.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve station expansion goals within timelines and budgets.
• Lead the franchising process, including partner recruitment, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop business models and incentive programs to attract and retain franchise partners.
• Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational compliance and performance improvement.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with regional partners and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and franchise partners, ensuring effective communication.
• Oversee the rollout of commercial initiatives across courier stations in the region.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing standardized processes and performance metrics.
• Monitor station performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support station growth and profitability.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above, with relevant work experience in business development, franchising, or operations.

Prior experience in the courier industry, FMCG/offline retail channel sales, or internet offline promotion is highly preferred.

Strong execution ability with a detail-oriented and practical mindset; capable of translating ideas into actionable plans quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with partners.

Passionate about developing a career in the courier/logistics industry; highly motivated to drive business growth and embrace high-income challenges.

Must possess a valid driver’s license; owning a vehicle and willingness to travel frequently for business trips
