Job summary

HOMETOWN F&B CENTRAL SDN. BHD is expanding with a new cafe outlet, seeking hands-on operators to manage daily cafe activities in Damansara, Selangor.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 or 3–5 years in F&B, with strong supervision, inventory, and customer service skills. Malaysian nationals only; own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality preferred.
• Experience in F&B operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure efficient service.
• Supervise back- and front-end staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and peak supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and report to directors.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to authority compliance.
