Job summary

Reveillon Group Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable F&B Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, balancing front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to ensure smooth service and high quality.

You will lead staff, manage scheduling, maintain food hygiene standards, handle customer feedback, and assist in inventory control while striving to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B industry (Supervisor experience preferred).
• Familiar with restaurant/outlet operations (experience in chicken rice or fast casual is an advantage).
• Able to handle both kitchen and service duties (multitasking).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of POS/cashier systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including:
• Front: cashiering, order taking, customer service.
• Back: food preparation, basic cooking, coordinating food orders.
• Supervise and lead staff, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and basic cost control.
• Assist in training new staff and improving team performance.
• Ensure outlet meets sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
