Job summary

TKS Taste Treat Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a busy F&B operation across multiple locations in Malaysia. The role focuses on directing restaurant activities, optimizing service quality, and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate holds 3–5 years in F&B/restaurant operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and demonstrates strong leadership, people management, and excellent customer service skills. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM with Diploma/ Degree in hospitality is preferred.
• 3–5 years F&B/restaurant operations experience.
• 1–2 years in supervisory/Assistant Manager/Outlet Manager role.
• Experience in Chinese restaurants or high-volume F&B preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Inventory and POS systems knowledge.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
