Service Global Logistics is launching a Management Trainee programme to develop future leaders through structured rotations across Fleet, Operations and QC. Job description

This is a Management Manager Trainee position within a structured management development programme. Selected candidates will undergo structured rotation and hands‑on training across three key departments: Fleet, Operations, and Quality Control (QC). During the training period, candidates will be exposed to the different functions, responsibilities and challenges of each department. At the end of the rotation period, each trainee will be appointed to the department that best matches their skills, abilities, performance, leadership potential, problem‑solving capabilities, interest, aptitude, overall suitability for the department, and company operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

Fleet

• Assist in monitoring daily fleet activities and vehicle deployment.
• Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance and fleet records.
• Assist in supervising driver compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor vehicle documentation and operational issues.

Operations

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Monitor manpower, schedules, routes and operational performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors and internal departments.
• Assist in resolving day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and records.

Quality Control (QC)

• Assist in monitoring compliance with company SOPs and standards.
• Conduct operational checks and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in investigating incidents, complaints and service issues.
• Follow up on corrective actions.Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Operations or related fields.
