Job summary

Sentina Logistics is seeking a Management Trainee for Warehouse Fulfillment under the Future Leader Program in Malaysia. You will begin by mastering core warehouse building blocks, gain hands-on exposure to stock movements, and learn the end-to-end workflows before moving into management.

Key responsibilities include handling receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and cycle counts, while you learn to use the WMS and generate operational reports. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

• Learn and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accuracy, track shipments, and generate operational reports.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-take activities to ensure inventory precision.
• Assist in coordinating daily inbound and outbound activities to meet strict delivery timelines.
• Assist Senior Management in identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with Sentina Logistics' standards.
