Responsibilities

• Basic Electrical Check / Corrective Base Maintenance: ensure floodlights and related electrical components are presented well.
• Read circuit diagrams for wiring connections and verify specifications.
• Handle, repair, service, and overhaul inverters or converters and related power electronics.
• Monitor IGBT, control card, power card, and firing card readings to ensure proper operation.
• Proactively resolve three-phase and single-phase installation and connection issues.

Basic Electrical Check / Corrective Base Maintenance

• Ensure all the floodlight 1000W, 400W, 200W, fluorescent light, maintenance light in the best presentation.
• Effectively checked all electrical components such as contactor, breaker, pulse generator and encoder.
• Knowledge on sensor detection adjustment in improving safety for the interlock.
• Key person in handling, repairing, servicing and overhaul the inverter or converter.
• Good in reading all the measurement for the IGBT, control card, power card, firing card of the inverter or converter system in assuring it is in great condition.
• Able to read circuit diagram for all the wiring connections in the electrical parts. All the specifications can be traced from it.
• Proactive in resolving any 3 phase and single phase installation and connection.
• Wiring for AC/DC circuit.
