Job summary

Service Global Logistics is launching a Management Trainee programme to develop future leaders through structured rotations across Fleet, Operations and QC. Trainees will gain hands-on exposure, mentorship and assessments to place them in the department that best fits their skills, performance and leadership potential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Operations or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in logistics, fleet, operations or QC is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to rotate between departments and adapt to placement based on suitability.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring daily fleet activities and vehicle deployment.
Assist in coordinating daily logistics and delivery operations.
Assist in monitoring compliance with SOPs and standards.
Prepare operational reports and records.
Assist in investigating incidents, complaints and service issues.
