Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in technical facilities management (mall/commercial preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ACMV, electrical, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and car park systems.
• Experience in AEI/project coordination will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day mall operations including hard and soft services.
• Coordinate maintenance works, contractors, vendors and tenant fit-outs.
• Monitor utility usage and assist in energy management initiatives.
• Assist with AEI projects, risk and incident reporting, and SOPs.
• Prepare operations reports and documentation for management review.
