Job summary

Allgreen Properties Limited is seeking a capable Fit-Out & Sustainability Coordinator to manage tenant fit-out activities at Johor Bahru City Square Mall. You will ensure drawings, schedules, and compliance meet mall rules, authority requirements, and GreenRE standards.

You will liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to secure handover, resolve technical issues, review M&E plans, and support mall upgrading projects while promoting energy efficiency and safe construction practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant fit-out activities and ensure compliance with mall regulations.
• Review architectural and M&E drawings and flag design or compliance issues.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and Security for handovers.
• Ensure proper handovers and manage schedules, permits, and approvals.
• Support mall upgrading projects and sustainability initiatives (GreenRE).
• Enforce energy efficiency and safe construction practices.
