Job summary

Genting Simon Sdn Bhd invites a detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our Premium Outlet Centers team in Malaysia. You will prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, manage lease documentation, and ensure all data is accurately entered in our systems for timely processing.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ relevant mall leasing experience, preferably in a retail mall environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to read tenancy documents and follow procedures.
• Collaborative team player who is resourceful, efficient, detail-oriented, and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and related documentation.
• Perform lease administration duties, including preparing, circulating to internal departments, and filing leasing letters, forms, tenancy variations, termination letters, exit forms, and related correspondence for centres.
• Enter leasing data accurately into the system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Submit signed agreements for stamping and follow up to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of tenancy transactions and tenant details.
• Track tenancy administration documents through to completion.
• Prepare leasing presentation decks and materials for management meetings.
• Prepare and manage the Head of Department’s monthly expense claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely completion of leasing documentation and approvals.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
