Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. Klang Valley is seeking a Mall Leasing & Marketing Manager to develop leasing strategies that optimize occupancy and rental revenue.

You will identify tenants, negotiate leases, and build strong tenant relationships while coordinating marketing campaigns and events. With a focus on driving traffic and sales, you will analyze market trends, prepare proposals, and work with internal teams to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in leasing, marketing, or mall management.
• Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and analytics.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimum occupancy and rental revenue.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure tenants aligned with merchandising mix and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and seasonal activities to drive traffic and sales.
• Work with tenants, partners, and internal departments to ensure campaign success.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Prepare leasing proposals, tenancy docs, budgets, reports, and presentations for management.
• Monitor leasing performance, marketing effectiveness, footfall, and campaign ROI.
• Ensure leasing and marketing activities comply with policies; perform other duties as assigned.

Mall Leasing & Marketing Manager - AEON Mall Klang Valley

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimum occupancy and rental revenue.

Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable tenants that align with the mall's merchandising mix and business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and seasonal activities to drive customer traffic and sales.

Work closely with tenants, business partners, and internal departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Prepare leasing proposals, tenancy documentation, budgets, reports, and presentations for management review.

Monitor leasing performance, marketing effectiveness, customer footfall, and campaign ROI.

Ensure all leasing and marketing activities comply with the Company's policies and procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Leasing, Marketing, Shopping Mall Management, Retail Property Management, or a related industry.

Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience in shopping mall leasing, retail marketing, or commercial property management will be an added advantage.

Must be willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays based on operational requirements.
