AEON Co. (M) Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive for Mall Credit Control & Tenant Administration to manage invoicing, collections and tenant records.

The role includes preparing tenant invoices, advising on adjustments, and coordinating with Leasing and Mall Operations. Responsibilities include monitoring utility charges, implementing collection strategies, reporting on receivables, updating SAP tenant data, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tenant invoices in a timely manner.
• Carry out adjustments according to documents and resolve discrepancies in invoicing.
• Monitor and track utility charges by mall in a timely manner.
• Implement collection strategies to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and account status.
• Prepare reports on collection performance and outstanding receivables.
• Maintain and update tenant records in SAP system accurately in accordance to letters in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance of process, documents and alignment of Leasing team in accordance to company, mall and leasing policies and regulations.
• Prepare and execute tenancy agreement in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with related departments (Leasing, Mall Operation & Tenants) to finalise tenancy agreement disputes (clauses amendment) in a timely manner.
• Assist in billing and financial reconciliation for tenant accounts with Credit Control team.
• Coordinate with legal team to escape unsettled payments.
• Provide support in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Replying to business partners / customers request timely.
• Ensure proper records and efficient filling management.

Education

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administrations.

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 years working experience in Credit Control or Collections.

Able to commute and work ar Headquarters, AEON Taman Maluri Shopping Centre.
