R&F Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Leasing Executive (Shopping Mall) to manage and execute leasing activities, including sourcing, approaching, and securing suitable tenants.

You will identify new leasing opportunities, conduct market research on retail trends and rental rates, and prepare proposals, tenancy documents, and presentations for prospective tenants. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; degree in Property Management or Marketing is a plus.
• A degree or background in Property Management, Marketing, or related field will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute leasing activities for the mall, sourcing tenants.
• Develop new leasing opportunities to optimize tenant mix and rental income.
• Conduct market research on retail trends, competitor malls, and rental rates.
• Prepare leasing proposals, rental packages, tenancy documentation, and tenant presentations.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate commercial terms with prospective tenants.
• Monitor tenancy renewals, expiries, vacancies, and leasing progress.
• Assist in strategies to improve occupancy and mall performance.
• Perform other leasing and business development duties as assigned.
