The role covers processing monthly payroll, managing inputs (new hires, terminations, leaves, overtime), compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, plus reporting, year-end tax filings, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll statutes (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for Malaysia employees with accurate deductions and benefits.
• Manage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves, overtime.
• Verify payroll data for accuracy and compliance before processing.
• Process off-cycle payments, bonuses, commissions and other ad-hoc payments.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts with Finance.
• Support year-end tax filings and statutory reporting.
