Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across key industries.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and build new business.
• Strengthen Chem-Aqua's footprint in Malaysia.
• Engage key accounts at an executive level and ensure high service delivery, retention, and growth.
• Support the team on strategic and complex deals.
• Lead pipeline reviews and maintain forecasting accuracy.
• Use Salesforce to track, analyze, and improve performance.
• Lead structured training across teams and ensure competency.
