NCH Chem-Aqua | Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative to build and scale a nationwide sales organization across healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily, and corporate real estate sectors. You will shape market presence from the ground up and drive growth with a structured approach.

You’ll own market growth, develop go-to-market strategies, and engage executive accounts while ensuring high standards of service delivery, retention, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Max. 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Background in facilities services, water treatment, or related industries preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Own Market Growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across key industries.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and build new business.
• Strengthen Chem-Aqua's footprint in Malaysia.
• Strengthen Customer Relationships.
• Engage key accounts at an executive level.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, retention, and growth.
• Support the team on strategic and complex deals.
• Drive Sales Excellence.
• Implement and embed Chem-Aqua’s 'Gears of Selling' methodology.
• Lead weekly pipeline and strategy reviews.
• Ensure strong sales discipline, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
• Use Salesforce to track, analyze, and improve performance.
• Develop Talent & Capability.
• Lead structured training across: Sales methodology Technical expertise (water treatment systems) Account management and customer engagement.
• Ensure teams achieve certification-level competency.
