METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an HR Governance & Policy Expert in Malaysia (Selangor) to lead policy development, governance, and compliance across the organization. You will partner with HRBPs, HR Shared Services, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant people processes.

The role requires strong Workday experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive process excellence, knowledge management, and capability building across regional HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in governance, policy management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for local HR policies, governance requirements, and compliance.
• Lead development, review, and communication of HR policies and guidelines.
• Provide policy interpretation guidance to HRBPs and managers.
