METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an experienced HR Governance & Policy Leader in Malaysia to act as SME for local HR policies, governance and compliance. You will partner with HRBPs, Shared Services and stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant people processes and drive HR process excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities include policy development, guidance on interpretation, maintaining a centralized knowledge hub, and leading end-to-end HR process improvements with Workday expertise.

Formación

• Strong expertise in HR policy development, governance, and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and Industrial Relations legislation.
• Advanced knowledge of HR processes and shared service operating models.
• Strong Workday functional knowledge and HR systems experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in knowledge management and documentation governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on operational excellence and productivity enhancement.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for local policies, governance and compliance in HR.
• Lead development, review and communication of HR policies and guidelines.
• Ensure local policies comply with employment and industrial relations law.
• Provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on policy interpretation and governance matters.
• Establish governance controls for consistent HR practices across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows and SOPs.
• Support capability building and knowledge sharing across HR function.
• Partner with HR Shared Services and HR leaders on system and process changes.
