Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in Malaysia seeks an HR governance and policy expert to lead policy management, ensure compliance with local employment and industrial relations law, and advise HRBPs and managers on policy interpretation and governance matters.

You will drive productivity through HR process excellence, maintain a central HR knowledge hub, support HR Shared Services, collaborate on Workday transactions and system improvements, and ensure accurate, accessible resources for business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of HR policies and governance.
• Experience in implementing and communicating HR policies.
• Ability to interpret policy in relation to local laws.
• Proven capability to drive process improvements and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for local HR policies.
• Lead development, review and communication of HR policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour and industrial relations laws.
• Provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on policy interpretation.
• Establish governance controls for consistency in HR practices.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes to boost productivity.
• Develop and maintain HR knowledge hub and process guides.
• Support HRBP operational needs and Workday transactions.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to improve service delivery.
• Oversee Workday excellence and system enhancements.
• Advise on employment legislation and industrial relations matters.
