Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive commercial expansion across Malaysia.

You will lead end-to-end sales strategies, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, distributors, resellers, and system integrators in ICT, networking, IoT and cybersecurity. You will manage an executive-level sales pipeline, deliver compelling product presentations, and close complex proposals while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Degree in ICT/Software Engineering/Cybersecurity or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in ICT, telecoms, data centers, networking, IoT or SI sectors.
• Established network of enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners in Malaysia preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Selangor, Penang and other key business hubs for meetings and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new enterprise clients, SI and channel partners across Malaysia.
• Cultivate and manage executive-level sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closing.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations, demonstrations and high-impact pitches to decision-makers.
• Lead end-to-end preparation, negotiation and closing of commercial proposals and quotes.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast sales revenue, monitor market trends and competitive intelligence.
