Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Manager (East Malaysia) to drive sales growth and operational excellence across the region. The role involves developing and implementing strategic business plans, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The manager will oversee region performance, address customer and employee issues to achieve sales goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10 years sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Based in Sabah/Sarawak with knowledge in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, especially Mobile.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Willing to travel frequently within East Malaysia & Brunei.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement regional business plans to hit revenue targets.
• Monitor P&L, inventory health, and pricing strategies.
• Lead regional sales teams and coach managers to hit KPIs.
• Oversee distributor, dealer, telco, and retail networks.
