Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned leader for business development and programme delivery for a premier training provider in private banking and wealth management. The role is based in Malaysia and collaborates with Singapore teams to grow client relationships.

You will own Malaysia’s business development strategy, build relationships with banks and financial institutions, and ensure HRD Corp registration and funding eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in managing, organising, or delivery of training programmes or events in education institution or industry-leading organizations.
• Track record in business development and client relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Malaysia’s business development strategy and revenue targets.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of programmes in Malaysia, coordinating with Singapore-based teams.
• Provide local governance, budgeting, and reporting for Malaysia operations.
• Maintain HRD Corp registration, documentation, and funding eligibility for programmes.
